The statistics about how the Lions respond after a loss is well-known, and unfortunately for the Bears’ defense on Sept. 14, 2025, Detroit had plans of proving it true immediately into Week 2’s game. The five-play, 60-yard drive became prophetic, as the Lions routinely used big plays thereafter, tying for the franchise’s second-most single-game points.
