The Broncos closed 2025’s storybook season with an NFL-record 12 come-from-behind wins, and somewhere among the most unforgettable, one can find Oct. 5, 2025’s win over the reigning-champion Eagles. Equipped with superpowers, seemingly, during must-score moments, Bo Nix worked magic on a game-tying, late-game drive, beginning with an acrobatic connection to Evan Engram — a name to remember — on an 18-yarder. Sandwiched in between were 14-yard and 34-yard connections from Denver’s longtime Mr. Reliable in Courtland Sutton, to put a could-be touchdown on Denver’s psyche. A once-upon-a-time nightmare for NFC East foes, Engram returned again, punishing Philadelphia’s middle-of-the-field defense for a touchdown, followed by a gutsy, successful two-point conversion. In a preview of what Denver’s season entailed, the drive helped spark an 18-point final quarter, and a statement-sending 21-18 win.
