The postseason return after a monthlong absence — and Chicago’s snow-draped field — didn’t offer Kyler Gordon much help in terms of finding his footing, but as the record showed, it wasn’t anything his elusive steps couldn’t handle. Versatile, and prepared to make his presence unmissable, Gordon used a speedy edge rush, and a basketball-like crossover move to glide past Los Angeles’ pass blocker for a drive-ending sack on 3rd & 9. The end result was a crushing 20-17 overtime loss to the Rams, but in helping guide the Bears’ respectable defensive performance, Gordon became a statistical standout through a seven-tackle, one-sack showcase on Jan. 18, 2026.
