To avid Panthers fans and deeper-league Fantasy Football players, Jalen Coker’s breakout performance likely came as no surprise; to others, it became a perfect introduction to one of Carolina’s many up-and-coming playmakers. In what passed the test as the finest game of his two-year NFL career to date, Coker became “Mr. Reliable” for the Panthers, headlined by a 52-yard catch-and-run that sprung a comeback win bid to life. One quarter later — on a critical 3rd & 3 with Los Angeles ahead by three — Coker proved unbothered by such pressures, snagging a go-ahead touchdown pass that afforded a late-game lead. Even a 34-31 defeat couldn’t diminish Coker’s statement game on Jan. 10. 2026; going yard-for-yard with the Rams’ All-Pro, Coker recorded a game-high 134 yards and a score on nine receptions.
