The NFL’s postseason was still about a month-and-a-half away, as Houston hosted Buffalo on Nov. 20, 2025, but observers certainly wouldn’t have come to that conclusion upon seeing Will Anderson Jr.’s nonstop effort. Top-of-the-league in terms of his ability to wreck an opposing offense’s plans, Anderson led a pass-rushing charge that accumulated eight sacks. The most remarkable of all came early in the third quarter, as Anderson — unphased after a narrow escape from the Bills’ superstar — traveled a whopping 51.7 yards to secure a second-effort sack, his second takedown of the game. Anderson’s All-Pro case, by game’s end, was signed, sealed, and delivered, as he coordinated the Texans’ 23-19 upset win through six tackles, two-and-a-half sacks, three QB hits, three pressures, and a pass defended.
