It’s ultimately unclear as to if New England’s offense was in the holiday spirit, but throughout October, they routinely introduced opposing defenses to an increasingly-scary sight: downfield pass attempts in Kayshon Boutte’s direction. During a month that included: a 25-yard touchdown, a 29-yard endzone catch, and two different 39-yard scores, Boutte got the first of those started against New Orleans, showcasing his athleticism and contested-catch ability on a first quarter highlight. Increasingly improving on a year-to-year basis, Boutte produced one of his young career’s finest games during the Patriots’ 25-19 win over the Saints, as he turned five catches into 93 yards and two scores on Oct. 12, 2025.
