A quote in sports history once famously argued that “it’s better to be lucky than good”; during his young career’s best performance to date on Oct. 19, 2025, Theo Johnson rept the benefits of having some of both. One of the many up-and-comers within the Giants’ promising offense, Johnson played his part in one of the season’s craziest games by fortuitously turning a ricocheted 3rd & 17 pass attempt into a speedy, powerful 41-yard touchdown highlight. In between powerful stiff arms and chain-moving catches, Johnson was remarkable, even despite New York’s 33-32 loss to the Denver Broncos, turning three snags into 66 yards — then a career-best — and a score.
