Hitting his stride, and ready to reannounce himself as one of NFL history’s great running backs, McCaffrey helped his team overcome a quickly-draining second quarter clock with a nifty slot route, setting his path for a far-corner, seven-yard touchdown snag. Alongside a 26-21 victory over the New Orleans Saints, McCaffrey also enjoyed a bit of history on Sept. 14, 2025, as he became the league’s third-ever player to reach 50 rushing scores and 30 receiving scores.
