In a league where even the NFL’s most gifted offenses sometimes struggle to unlock their No. 1 receivers, Kansas City found that they would have no such problem during Rashee Rice’s return on Oct. 19, 2025. As brilliant as can be in announcing his re-arrival, Rice made his first introduction to the season’s touchdown column on a two-yard, back-shoulder touchdown snag that ultimately planted the seeds for more. By halftime, Rice was on the boards for a pair of scores, setting groundwork for a seven-catch, 42-yard, two-score outing against the Raiders. Rice became a tone-setter in the Chiefs’ 31-0 win over Las Vegas, as they moved to above .500, and into the thick of the AFC’s competitive postseason race.
