Side-by-side in overwhelming the Steelers’ secondary with his All-Pro teammate, Tee Higgins kickstarted a memorable evening by turning his short slant route into a speedy 29-yard touchdown play. Then, in the fourth quarter, with Cincinnati playing a “score, but not too quickly” game in the final minute-and-a-half, Higgins — in the ultimate show of team-first unselfishness — offered his clutch gene on a 28-yard snag, and a slide to keep the clock ticking. Higgins reaped benefits in both a 33-31 win, and a superb individual performance that included six receptions, 96 yards, and one score.
