All-world offensive talent can be found at every turn within the AFC North, and in response, Cleveland has discovered a luxury of its own: a rookie linebacker capable of generating stops from every spot on the field. Settled right in the heart of the Browns’ stingy, up-and-coming defense, Carson Schwesinger turned Nov. 16, 2025’s head-to-head against Baltimore into a signature showing, starting with a heady, score-saving interception — his career’s first — on a tipped pass. As if decidedly adding versatility to the highlight reel, Schwesinger also used rare gifts to do the almost-impossible, stonewalling the Ravens’ vaunted running back for an imposing TFL. The eventually-named Rookie of the Week offered some of everything in the 23-16 loss, collecting 11 tackles (two for a loss) and one interception across 61 snaps.
