Staying mentally sharp on a week-to-week basis can be a challenge unlike any other for the NFL’s rookies, but in Week 2, Tennessee’s Elic Ayomanor arrived with the perfect plan: getting his head in the game quite literally. In need of some acrobatic brilliance with the Rams’ secondary staying tightly attached to his vertical route, Ayomanor enjoyed a must-see highlight, securing a one-handed grab — with the help of his helmet — for a 23-yard pickup. Los Angeles’ veteran-led squad eventually got the better, handing the Titans a 33-19 defeat, but Ayomanor again showcased burgeoning chemistry alongside his fellow first-year quarterback, emerging through four catches, 56 yards, and a touchdown on Sept. 14, 2025.
