Geno Smith called game! Down by four points with a couple minutes remaining, Smith and the Seahawks offense drove down the field, and set up this second-down play from the 13-yard line with just 12 seconds left on the clock. Smith decided to finish the drive off himself after dropping back to pass and seeing no good options, escaping from the pass rush out to the left and darting towards the goal line. He extended the ball across as he trotted into the end zone untouched for a game-winning 13-yard touchdown run. Smith threw for a total of 221 yards in this one, adding 29 yards on the ground with one score, as Seattle came into San Francisco and beat the 49ers, 20-17, on Nov. 17, 2024.
