Detroit Lions

(Sep 19, 2004 · Week 2)

A top-10 selection in the 2004 NFL Draft, rookie Lions receiver Roy Williams wasted little time in making a name for himself at the NFL level. In Week 2 against the Texans, Williams caught the first touchdown of his NFL career, making a leaping grab over a defender before crossing the goal line for a 31-yard score. Williams caught four balls in this one for 73 yards and two touchdowns, as the Lions beat Houston, 28-16, on Sept. 19, 2004.
